I like most of the food on the Top 20 Antioxidants list. Of course this still won’t help me with the dirty foods, but hey . . .
Top 20:
Small red beans (dried).
Wild blueberries.

Gross out!
So, I have real food/germ issues. I am the type who throws it away on or BEFORE the date. If food goes bad in the fridge, I would prefer to throw the container and all away.
Last thing I need is information regarding dirty food. Gross. Here is the top ten list:
10. Scallions
9. Cold cuts
8. Prepackaged lettuce
7. Peaches
6. Cantaloupe
5. Eggs
4. Raw oysters
3. Ground turkey
2. Ground beef
and . . .
1. Chicken!
Typically, 7 of the 10 items on this list are in my grocery list each week. It is not even safe to be a vegetarian these days!

Men BEWARE!!!
Like all good cynics, I HATE the ongoing campaign by most news stations to bombard us with something new to fear each day.
Today, among other things, including beer coolers on July 4th, men need to fear sterility due to keeping a cell phone in their pants pocket.

A day off
So, it has been beautiful here all week. I work a 35 hour 4-day week and have Fridays off in the summer. Guess what it isn’t today - beautiful. It is totally overcast, so no beach for me.
On an even more boring note, I went to a specialist today for chronic wrist pain that I have. He told me there is no cure, (on a side note, the allergist told me I have non-allegeries without a cure a few months ago - no wonder guys don’t bother going to the doctor.) and he is not even sure what the problem is since I have pain in so many places. What do they teach doctors these days? Good thing god invented motrin, or doctors might have to actually go back to figuring things out.
