3 c. real pineapple juice (get the good stuff!)
1 c. cider vinegar
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tablespoon groud ginger
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 
3 tbs. Dijon mustard Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon
